Yo, the Sicilian finds were unreal, especially those local breakfast spots like Coco's Crush. The vibe? Super chill and clean, with free beach toys for the kiddos! Plus, nothing beats that private access to the quiet beach, where you can just kick back and soak up the sun.
But hold up, the bbq grills being charcoal was a buzzkill. An FYI on that would’ve been stellar!

Beachfront gem
Loved the queen suite with sea view! Waking up to the turquoise waters was incredible. The kitchenette had everything, like a microwave and refrigerator, which made meals a breeze. The private bathroom was clean, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. Accessing the beach was super easy, making our trip relaxing and fun. Good value!

Unbeatable location right on the beach, offering seamless access to the sand without any roads in between. The kitchenette in the room was well-equipped for cooking simple meals, providing just the right amount of convenience for families or couples looking to save a few credits on dining.
The motel's exterior shows its age, with some parts looking worn and in need of renovation, which might rub some folks the wrong way. While the hotel promotes a laid-back experience, a lack of daily housekeeping and no hairdryer in the room feels off for an extended stay, especially when you want to freshen up before heading out. The absence of common restrooms for those checking out is inconvenient too, especially when you're trying to enjoy a last walk on the beach.

The beach access was just amazing! You step out, and you're right on the beautiful sand. The room was fine, but it could use a little upkeep. Overall, a lovely stay! 😊

my family and i recently stayed at a lovely place in clearwater beach, and it exceeded all my expectations! after an early flight, we were thrilled to find the room ready for us, which was such a relief. the location was awesome; being right by the beach allowed us to enjoy beautiful views and sunsets.
the pool could have used better maintenance.

The location at Belleair Beach Resort Motel is incredible. I loved having the beach just steps away from my room. The heated pool was clean and a great spot to relax. The outdoor grill area made it easy to enjoy BBQ with friends. My room had a kitchenette stocked with all the essentials, which was super convenient for meal prep. Nearby mom and pop diners like Coco’s Crush Bar made dining out fun. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The only downside was the strict check-out policy. The 11:30am deadline felt rushed, especially when there were plenty of empty parking spaces. It left me wishing we could linger a bit longer. Also, I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom, like the shower nozzle needing cleaning. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but those check-out rules could use some flexibility.

The kitchenette in the Queen Suite provided all the essentials—full-size refrigerator, stove, and ample serving sets made breakfast a breeze. Direct beach access right from the patio allowed for sun-soaked days and quick dips into the water without hassle.
The tile around the pool area felt slick and caused a nasty slip that left me with a bruised arm. there's definitely a risk factor there. Further, the lack of late-night access to the ice machine and limited parking (only one spot per room) made logistics a bit tricky during our stay.

Family getaway for the beach lovers
I gotta say the beach was literally steps away from our room. We had a balcony overlooking the waves and watched the sunset which was priceless and just very nice.
It was kinda pricey for what we got but honestly the views made it alright.
